• Understand that vehicle availability and pricing are subject to change

For Dealerships:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle inventory listings
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales
• Pay subscription fees as agreed upon
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Dealership Subscriptions

Dealerships may subscribe to the Service to list their inventory and receive customer leads. Subscription terms include:

• Pricing: $500 for the first 30 days, then $800 per month thereafter
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal
• Leads: Unlimited qualified customer leads included
• Cancellation: May cancel at any time with 30 days notice
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months

5. Disclaimers

Nashville Car Locator is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and dealerships. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Vehicle availability, condition, or pricing accuracy
• Dealership response times or quality of service
• The outcome of any transaction between buyers and dealerships
• The number or quality of leads generated for dealerships

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nashville Car Locator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
